HOW TO SEPERATE FACEBOOK PERSONAL AND BUSINESS ACCOUNTS.






First, let's get clear something, Facebook does not offer a Business Account. What you can do is having one personal account and one business page, plus a shop.

Facebook Term of Service only allowed one person to create one personal account. This personal account cannot be used for commercial purposes and does not the advantages of Facebook Ads to promote a business.  

 Moreover, Facebook offers a Facebook Business Page for user who would like to use Facebook to sell and promote their businesses. The tricky thing is that these two are actually going to be conected to each other.  If you are interested in opening a Facebook Business Page , I have covered the topic in this post   

 Another thing you could create is something called a Facebook Shop. Again, this option is going to require a personal account and a business page.  

CAN I SEPERATE MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT AND BUSINESS PAGE PLUS THE SHOP?

The short answer is no. all those three i mentioned above are unfortunately interelated. 
You need to create a Personal Account to create a Business Page, and the shop is connected to the Business Page.

IS FACEBOOK BUSINESS MANAGER HELPS?

Not really, this tool only show you as the admin to the business. You still need access to the Business Page which going to require the Personal Account. 



WHAT CAN I DO?

One option is to set up a legit account with different email address. I will not suggest to create fake account. it is very risky and Facebook might terminate both of the accounts.
