In the last post i discussed about Brick and Mortar. As i mentioned before, business is all about the customer and people want to shop conviniently. people have different preferences in term of what kind product or services they need, what kind of shop they would like to visit, the method of shopping, also method of payments even the ambience of the shop matters. 
  
Therefore, some business will stay retro as part of their niche. Some business will want to embrace the digital things if it is go along with their business.  

 Brick and Click, as some of you might have already guessed, it is a term used to described a shop that has a physical shop as well as online shop and everything else that entails an online shop. That includes at the every least phone customeer service, an interesting website, online payment, mobile apps, phone and online order.
