What is Facebook Business Manager

Facebook Business Manager is a free tool developed by Facebook to allow businesses to securely manage their company's Pages, ad accounts, catalogs and pixels in one place, without being tied up to one personal account and sharing your personal information.

Facebook Business Manager will also linked to Facebook Personal Account and also Facebook Business Page without revealing your personal information in your Personal Account.  



How to set up Facebook Business Manager

Create a Facebook Business Manager account

As mentioned above, to create a facebook Business Manager account, you will need a Facebook Personal Account. Then  once you logged in, open a new tab and go to https://business.facebook.com/ and click on create account button.





                                                                                                                                           Then fill up the form, then click next  



Continue to fill up second part of the form






Next Step is to add the Facebook Business Page. If you do not have a Facebook Business Page yet, here are the step by step of creating the page.

As mentioned before that with Facebook Business Manager owner could give access to several staff to the account. Therefore, at this stage you could add an existing Facebook Business Page or get access to the Business Page account of the company.

Now you are at the Business Manager Dashboard, click on the add page button to add the Business Page 





It will take you to the next page, click on the add page button similar with previous one. 



To continue adding the company details, you only to type your business name in the textbox. Once you locate the business just click on it. Then click the add page button 



Now you will be asked to complete the business's Facebook Ads account. If you already have a Facebook Ads account, you only need to enter the ad acoount ID. However, if you have not been signed, here's the steps to create an account with Facebook Ads. First, at the Business Manager Dashboard, click the Add Ad Account button to create an account. 




This will take you to this next page where you could look up the business's name 
in the textbox. Once you are done, just click next.







The next page is to add whether you are the owner of the business, or the staff of a business.



  
Now you have completed an account with Business Manager. Since managing a business is a challenging task, you could add your team by clicking the add people button so they will gain access to the account.
